Walsh, 87, of 502 Pavonia Jersey City, who died Friday in Pollak Hospital, was a woman who could take charge of a tough situation. Born in Nero York, Mrs.

Walsh, the former Johanna Shaughneswas active in many Jersey City civic activities most of her life. Say Trucker Hit and Ran; Victim Dies Police were searching today for a truck driver who they said fled from his vehicle following a collision with two cars at Tonnelle Avenue and 79th Street in North Bergen. POLICE SAID Wilcox fled on foot after the truck he was driving struck one car from the rear and swerved into the 011- coming lane into another car about 4 p.m. yesterday. Ten minutes after his admission to North Hudson Hospital, he was pronounced dead of a heart attack, police said.
