Legendary place to be sit and dine! A bit rush but this place is awesome. They serve the best dishes in the city and those are amazingly delicious. Enjoyed the taste and flavour. Price is not that heavy but the portions are good. Best spot for early morning breakfast.

Food quality is good.But too much waiting time to get the seat. No attention from the staff on whether you get the seat or not. You yourself have to go and stand behind other chairs and get the seat. Its really annoying.Getting seat takes time, completely depends on the rush. Mornings and evenings are really busy.Another problem is the parking, it will be always full, and getting a parking nearby is difficult.

Food is top notch , no more to comment on that. Parking also good although they do not have care for the vehicle parked.But the crowd inside hotel is too much. Either they must extent or allow only ad per table numbers. People are waiting in queue around our table , watching us to finish our food fast so they can sit. Kinda awkward when kids and families stare at you during eating food and wanting us to finish fast, although we didn't. Allowing too much people inside to form a crowd.

As usual, this location is rather packed. has a strong nighttime rush. I purchased paneer do pyaza and naan. Both in terms of presentation and flavour, it's nice. I will advise purchasing butter paneer rather than paneer do pyaza because it tastes the same and will be less expensive. Different dishes, I felt, but the same food.

Blown away by the food, the service, and the atmosphere.The food was absolutely delicious. We had South Indian meals, and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. The flavors were so complex and well-balanced, and the portions were generous.The service was also excellent and staffs were attentive. They also offers both white and brown rice.

Food is very good at an affordable price. 120 rs for a meal. You cannot get meals at the front part of the restaurant. It gets very crowded at lunch time. 3 people will be waiting for a seat to empty. Parking is available next to the hotel. But there is too much rush in parking as well during lunch time. Food card was not accepted. Credit/Debit card and UPI payments are accepted. Front portion of the restaurant allows dine in for biriyani, fried rice and stuff. No meals are served in front portion of the restaurant.Back portion of the restaurant serves meals. There are juice varieties available at the back portion.

Had dinner from here. The waiting is too much. Less parking space. We have to stand behind the table and chair to get a seat. It's really annoying. There is no system to book or take the seat according to the priority. The food quality is good.It's not a place for family dinner. It's a place just to have food where the real enjoyment is not possible because of the rush and congested place.

Great experience. The staffs were courteous. The ambience was nice. Apart from the always crowded environment the place was awesome. The food was delicious, hygienic and tasted right. The washrooms and hand wash area were appropriately hygienic and tidy. The place is senior citizen friendly.

One of the best restaurant for vegetarians in the town. Must try once! I visited Thrissur for 4 days and out of that I had dinner on 3 days there. Tried about 4-5 dishes and all of them were really tasty. There is also a Hindi speaking waiter so if you are from North India, you can ask for him to take your order so it is easier for you and there be no chance of miscommunication. It is located very near to the heart of the city so it's easier to reach there by walking.

Ensure you have enough time to spend in waiting at parking then for seating and finally for food. Porotta is not that good. Last time ordered Kadai Paneer and it took more than 45 minutes to serve. So please check with them before ordering.

Too much crowded. People are standing behind every table waiting for their turn. So disgusting for the people having food as well as people waiting.Not sure why the hotel doesn't implement token based table booking instead of forcing their customers to sacrifice their self esteem by forcing them to fight for their seat.I cannot enjoy, even a heavenly food, when somebody standing behind me expecting me to finish it quickly.

Everybody knows the quality of food here. The taste is not extraordinary as compared to before.I should mention that in the morning time, it’s too much crowded. You cannot have your breakfast peacefully, somebody will be waiting to finish your meal to grab the chair, it’s really make me uncomfortable. Sometimes you have to wait too long for getting a seat.

Nothing to say really. Such a pride hotel for Thrissur. Every time I go there, I will be waiting list even for getting a seat. The quality of food is superb. Nothing to say about it, the Masala dosa, Ghee dosa, Cola Bhatura, and endless dishes are good to taste. Most of the time I think how they could consistently make the taste the same for those foods. The waiters are well politely behaved towards each and every customer. There is no rush for the waiters to take the orders from people, they stand and understand even what's needed for small children. One of the challenging issues that the owners should address is the parking issue. Only a small area is allotted for parking, Ya this is near the Trissur town. But they need to try for another area. That many people are coming here.

Food Quality guaranteed. However at peak times you will struggle to get parking for your car and seats to dine in.Should employ someone to sort the seats for people who came first. People came later than us got to sit before us.Food quality is mostly good and their waiters are well behaved mostly.

Their Special Thali was the best. Got banana chips, banana, unlimited rice, chapati, sweet, different varieties of curry etc. waiters are very helpful looking for space to sit for customers. They have ample space for parking also.

Main problem with the hotel and atmosphere is that they don't have a queue system implemented. People will wait just behind us for a seat which will make our eating and food enjoyment horrible. Management have to do something which avoid irritating standing of people behind our seats while we peacefully eat the food. Really disgusting experience 😞

This is one of the most popular restaurants in Thrissur. It is near vadakunnathan temple so it attracts a huge crowd any time. I have to say I went there with so many expectations having seen a lot of reviews on social media but I didn't enjoy that much food It was of good quality taste wise and it didn't feel extraordinary. We ordered masala dosa and it was okay for the price. One thing I really liked about the hotel was despite the huge crowd the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hats off to that . There are toilet facilities and it is clean. Parking will be a problem I guess but it's just walkable distance from the temple. Maybe the other dishes would have satisfied me...

It's not a hotel to stay. But it's for food. The food is excellent and also value for money. It's an old restaurant and has kept its reputation with the dishes and services. All the dishes are fantastic. One will need to wait to get a seat, but it's worth the wait. Bharat has also been famous for its breakfast. Please note - the doors would be shut at 10pm.

The food provided by the hotel is very good. However there is very Rush during the peak house and we are force to stand behind the person eating to get our chair. This practice is not comfortable for many as we are force to eat faster and many persons standing near and staring at the people make it uncomfortable while eating. the food may be very good how our since the hotel is renowned many people are standing and rushing to get there food from here. The hotel staff is supportive and a very fast in delivery

Bharath Veg Hotel in Thrissur is fantastic! The food is delicious, especially their South Indian dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great place to enjoy a tasty meal. I highly recommend trying their dosas and Meals. Overall, a delightful experience!

I visited this hotel by accident because one of my friend suggested this place. So i went their to try it. First of all their foods r really good. Their is car parking space. Their service quality is good. It's always crowded which means their food is good. I also ordered parcel for family & their packaging was good, i really loved it. If i visit trisssur again i will definitely go their.

Myself , kid and husband went to the restaurant yesterday evening. We ordered curd vada for my husband and 1hr after eating he is suffering with food poisoning and bad stomach. Myself and daughter had nooill appam and it cold and dry. No taste at all. The restaurant was not clean and I won’t recommend this place for any one.

Went to collect takeaway. The food was excellent as always. We had Porottas, Paneer Butter Masala and Chana Curry. The price was reasonable. The food took some time to arrive. The restaurant is busy at all times. They have dedicated parking nearby.

Went to the restaurant. Tried to ask for a table for two. Waiter ignored this. Learned the hard way that you need to pick a table which is about to finish and stare at them to prod them to finish their food quickly so that we can sit. Waiters have no part in finding us a table. Left immediately so as not to make the whole waiting process awkward for myself and the person eating in front of me. Surprising such an established hotel has such poor service. I showed myself the door immediately.

Had masala dosa from there, dosa, masala, chutney all tasted below average, sambar was better. Butter nan was too buttery, Mushroom curry was too spicy and not a good taste, i think they put pepper twice. Navarathna rice with soo many fruits including banana, tasted sweets. Need to wait behind the chairs to get a seat.

One of the most popular and favorite vegetarian hotel in Thrissur is Bharath, which is easily accessible by any mode of travel since it is located at the heart of the city. As it ha's high demand and due to quality of food, the hotel is always full, that make the gourmet to wait for a long time, which I found the only problem. It might be the delay in food preparation. However, we never get despair even if we had to wait for a long time.

People wait here to get seat and eat sumptuous and famous idly kadalacurry imeals ghee dosa etc.with a rich aromatic coffee. That's why here is steady footfall of customers. Though all fine in every aspect, my suggestion is to add more variety of dishes. That's all. Disable friendly parking available. 10 cars 20 bikes can be parked easily in adjacent car parking. It's a pure veg restaurant, you'll get South Indian, Chinese and North Indian food here. I tried all 3 and I was satisfied with the taste. Although the idiyappam looked like it was ready-made. When I went there, there was a huge rush, no place to sit and people were standing for hours to get a seat. After waiting for half an hour, we got a table and then we had to wait half an hour more for a waiter to come to our table. There's no systematic way of seating. That's why I'm not giving it a 5 star. Also no tissues on any table.
